Manual Therapy & Health Consultation
Wednesday & Friday by appt.
Ricey brings over 33 years experience working with people to improve and maintain their health and well-being. Through manual therapies and bodywork, Zero Balancing, coaching and education, she helps people restore their structural health and function in ways that seem magical but are based on an understanding of dynamic anatomy or how the body actually works.
As the marvelous human body is a container for the spirit, the utter uniqueness of you, the person inhabiting it, is warmly acknowledged and supported with an array of approaches which may include: quietly listening, Bach Flower Remedies, a Dr.Hauschka skin care treatment and possibly a discussion of the absurdities as well as the imponderables in life.
Dedicated to supporting those living with cancer, Ricey believes the cancer journey can be made less difficult and challenging with gentle, supportive care. Compresses for soothing inflamed skin, a foot bath to revive one’s soul . . .Certifications in oncology massage, oncology skin care therapeutics and Integrative Cancer Care Navigation (Smith Center for Healing & the Arts).
Ricey is licensed as a massage therapist, skin care therapist and is a retired physician assistant. She lives in Frederick with her husband and many wild birds that she feeds.
